Ka'Sondra Brown
Founder & Executive Director
Ka’Sondra L. Brown is a community advocate, human services professional, and the Founder and Executive Director of Individual Needs Ongoing Services (INOS). A native of Stanford, Kentucky, she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Child Development and Family Relations from Kentucky State University, proudly becoming the eighth woman in her family to attend and graduate from KSU.
Ka’Sondra is a Certified Targeted Case Manager in Kentucky and a credentialed Early Childhood Education Trainer. Her professional work centers on connecting individuals and families with resources, strengthening support systems, and helping people navigate barriers to care and stability.
Her commitment to service extends well beyond her professional work. Ka’Sondra serves as a governor-appointed Commissioner for Serve Kentucky and remains actively involved in community outreach, partnerships, advocacy, and volunteer service throughout Kentucky.
Through INOS, she has created a space where compassion is matched with action. Her leadership is grounded in meeting people where they are, responding to real needs, and building relationships that help individuals and communities move forward.
Brittiny Jefferson serves as Secretary of the INOS Board of Directors, supporting the organization through strong administration, communication, recordkeeping, planning, and organizational coordination.
She brings more than a decade of experience in public service and administration, with a professional background that includes payroll, purchasing, budget tracking, confidential records, compliance, executive support, project coordination, and internal communication. She currently works as an Administrative Specialist with Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government and also provides executive and project support to small businesses and consulting organizations.
Brittiny earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Eastern Kentucky University and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at EKU.
Her leadership experience includes serving as Historian and Treasurer with the Lexington Urban League of Young Professionals and participating in the University of Kentucky Neighborhood Healers Project.
As Board Secretary, Brittiny helps support clear communication, accurate records, meeting documentation, organizational planning, and the administrative structure that helps INOS carry out its mission.
